Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary by freight carrier, shipment weight, and destination. Product pricing available through our website does not include shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges will be disclosed prior to fulfilling your order. If exact shipping charges are unavailable at the time of your order we will provide you with an estimated shipping cost. We will always try to find you the best shipping solution available!

Free Local Delivery
Sprout Promotions offers free local delivery, at its discretion, to clients throughout Southern California. Products delivered directly by Sprout Promotions’ directors, employees, or agents are insured in transit until they are delivered to you. Now that’s service!

Split Shipments
We can still accommodate you even if you need your order split and shipped to several locations. Please contact us to specify your delivery locations prior to completing your order. For large orders and fulfillment services, please refer to our Order Fulfillment page or contact us for more information!

Damage or Loss in Transit
Sprout Promotions is not responsible for damages or losses that occur in transit by a third party freight carrier (such as UPS or Fedex). Products shipped to you directly from the factory are considered FOB (Freight on Board). If you would like to insure your products in transit you may request to do so through the freight carrier. You will be responsible for additional insurance costs.

Please visit our Direct Importing page for more information about overseas orders.  As a general rule, overseas orders are FOB Port of Long Beach, or Port of Los Angeles.  Always contact your growth consultant to confirm.
