Artwork

What is artwork?
In order to get your name on™ promo products, apparel, awards, and gifts you will have to submit your artwork to us for production. Artwork is your graphic design, logo, symbol, tagline, font, picture, or any combination of these elements that make up your unique brand or message. Remember that your artwork is your business and as such it is always best to customize products that will represent your business exactly the way you want! 

The term “camera ready” refers to artwork that is ready to be imprinted on promotional products without any modifications to the artwork.

Acceptable Arwork Formats (files allow resizing without sacrificing quality):

• Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Photoshop (.psd) or Encapsulated Post-Script (.eps)
• Vector Art

Unacceptable Artwork Formats (fixed proportions do not allow for resizing without sacrificing quality):

• Images created using Word, Excel or Powerpoint
• TIFF, JPEG, BMP, or GIF files
• Images 'pulled' from a website
• Faxed or scanned images
• Images with resolution less than 300 dpi (dots per inch)

Important:  Fonts must be a minimum of 6pt to be imprinted and should be converted to shapes prior to submission to maintain their form (ie. fonts vary by computer depending on software).

If you're unsure whether your artwork is acceptable, please submit what you have online, or email it, and we will contact you regarding necessary modifications.  Once we save your acceptable artwork into our database, you can use it to get your name on™ your desired promotional products at any time!
 

Artwork Colors
In most cases artwork colors can be closely matched using four basic ink colors: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. If you would like an exact color match please provide us with the PMS (Pantone Matching System ®) number when you submit your artwork to reduce delays in production time. Our art department can always help you identify the PMS number once you submit your artwork. Additional charges may apply for an exact color match because extra ink and screens are used when imprinting your customized products.  Please remember that computer monitors vary in resolution and colors seen on your screen may be different than what you see in person.

Submitting Artwork
We make it easy for you to submit your artwork by using our contact form. Simply click on the ‘Submit Your Artwork’ button, fill out your contact information, and upload your file. You can also send your artwork to your growth consultant as an e-mail attachment, or by mailing a CD containing your file to our business address.
